Chinese Mazda Food Product Co. HK(CMFPC) was established in 1970. Founded by the late Mr. Wong Wai Ming and his wife, it is a locally operated food company that specializes in food production and packaging.

In the early 1970s, the economy flourished , followed by a sharp rise in inflation. Hence, women from grassroot families at that time tended to cook at home. Mr and Mrs Wong, in adhering to the faith of adding taste and flavour to the families, established CMFPC and created some traditional family food like Da Wo Lo Shui Jup (Chinese Marinade sauce) and Pearl's ™ flour.

Over the past three decades, CMFPC has transformed from a family-based grocery store into a well-established small-scale food company. Up till now, CMFPC has kept the pledge of "Providing excellent quality and value-for-money products", and hoped to leverage on food as a form of popular culture to create an emotional bonding between families and communities.

Chinese Mazda Food Product Co. HK(CMFPC) is a Hong Kong-based company. We target the local market, which includes grocery & provision stores, local restaurants, food stalls etc. All our food products are "100% Made in Hong Kong".

With the rise of real estates hegemony, the local shops, grocery stores and wet markets in the public estates have been wiped out one after another. Together with the upward cost and inflationary pressures, the business of CMFPC is also greatly affected. We, however, truly believe that Hong Kong is a city filled with human touch. With the support of our citizens, CMFPC always serves customers with heart, and will continually provide safe, hygienic products at a reasonable price.

Just as other SMEs in Hong Kong, we hope to develop and survive in the shadow of real estates hegemony, aligning with a belief to build and maintain a truly Hong Kong brand.
